- 1.1. CTTC (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") specializes in the sale of unique and handcrafted textiles made by traditional Peruvian weavers. The textiles are handmade, and in most cases, natural dyes are used in the production process.
- 1.2. Due to the nature of handmade textiles, slight variations in colors, patterns, and dimensions may occur. These variations contribute to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
- 1.3. The Seller strives to accurately represent the textiles on their website or any other platform. However, please note that colors and appearances may vary slightly from the images shown due to the use of natural dyes and individual craftsmanship.
- 1.4. The Seller recommends following the care instructions provided with each textile to ensure its longevity and preservation of its unique characteristics.
- 1.5. While the Seller takes precautions to ensure the textiles are free from defects or damages, minor imperfections may be present due to the handmade nature of the products. Such imperfections do not compromise the quality or functionality of the textiles.
- 1.6. The Seller may periodically introduce new designs, patterns, or collections. Availability of specific designs or styles is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.
- 1.7. The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at their discretion. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Seller's services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Orders and Sales
- 2.1. The textiles displayed on the Seller's website or any other platform are subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any order at their discretion.
- 2.2. All prices listed on the Seller's website or communicated through other means are in the currency specified and exclude any applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees.
- 2.3. The Seller takes utmost care in accurately depicting the textiles, including their colors, designs, and dimensions. However, due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations may occur.

3. Shipping and Delivery
- 3.1. The Seller ships textiles worldwide, subject to any restrictions or limitations imposed by local laws and regulations. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all import requirements and pay any associated customs duties or taxes.
- 3.2. Shipping and handling of orders will be processed within 5 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
- 3.3. The Seller utilizes the services of DHL (or another reputable shipping carrier) for shipping and delivery. While the Seller will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, they cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.
- 3.4. The Customer will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. It is the Customer's responsibility to track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the specified delivery address.
- 3.5. The Customer is responsible for any additional fees or charges related to customs duties, taxes, or import regulations imposed by the destination country. The Seller shall not be held liable for any customs-related issues or expenses incurred by the Customer.
- 3.6. In the event of a delayed, lost, or damaged shipment, the Customer should contact the Seller's customer service team immediately. The Seller will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue to the best of their ability.

4. Returns and Exchanges
- 4.1. The Seller understands that occasionally a Customer may wish to return a purchased textile. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the Customer's receipt of the product.
- 4.2. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact the Seller's customer service team and provide details of the return request. The Seller will provide the necessary instructions for the return process.
- 4.3. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the textile, including shipping fees, insurance, and any customs duties or taxes.
- 4.4. The returned textile must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alteration caused by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- 4.5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned textile, the Seller will process the refund to the Customer using the original payment method. Please note that any shipping fees or customs duties paid by the Customer are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property
- 5.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and designs, related to the textiles sold by the Seller, remain the exclusive property of the Seller or the respective owners.
- 5.2. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of the Seller's intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
- 6.1. The Seller strives to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on their website and other communication channels. However, the Seller does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information.
- 6.2. The Seller shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use the textiles, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or damages to property.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru.
- 7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peru
